Yoga classes, ice-creams offered by office landlords are OK: Australian antitrust watchdog

In an updated version of its gifts and hospitality policy, the Australian Competition & Consumer said that “healthy lifestyle-related activities such as yoga classes, coffees, ice creams, live music/performances, etc.” were examples of appropriate gifts.Building managers and landlords involved with an office tenancy of Australia’s antitrust regulator will be able to give low-value gifts or hospitality to officials, providing those gifts are “available to all tenants within a tenancy and don’t otherwise create a conflict of interest,” according to the agency’s new policy....
