Kodiak Gas Services discloses payments to Mexican officials to protect employees

( November 5, 2025, 23:45 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Kodiak Gas Services said in a quarterly securities filing that it had received a report regarding certain payments to local government officials in Mexico that commenced prior to the acquisition of its Mexican business that could "present potential compliance issues" under US law. "The payments appear to have been made in order to protect employees of the Mexican business from threats of harm or harassment, and to ensure access to work sites,"  the filing said.
