Mexican, US companies allege Commerce used wrong products in oil goods review
( November 6, 2025, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Mexican producer Tubos de Acero de Mexico SA said in a complaint filed at the US Court of International Trade that the Commerce Department erred in a September review of an antidumping order on oil country tubular goods from Mexico because it used product codes that are “physically and commercially different from casing and tubing” from the company’s goods. The complaint also alleges Commerce was wrong to deny a constructed export price offset, reject certain information, extend a final determination deadline and use an untested calculation in the antidumping investigation.Complaint attached....
