The amendments give the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore new powers to designate virtual systems as Critical Information Infrastructure and to require reporting of incidents linked to advanced persistent threats or service disruptions. The agency’s remit also now extends to Systems of Temporary Cybersecurity Concern, covering computer systems tied to short-term, high-risk events such as elections or pandemic-response operations. Statement follows....
