Delaware judge won’t block Metsera from terminating Pfizer deal, accepting Novo offer

Pfizer had sought a temporary restraining order against Metsera terminating their agreement. Vice Chancellor Morgan Zurn judge said that Pfizer did not make a “requisite showing” that Metsera board members opted to accept Novo’s bid in bad faith or against the advice of requisite advisors.Metsera will be allowed to terminate its deal with Pfizer and accept a rival bid from Novo Nordisk, a judge with the Delaware Court of Chancery ruled....
