X Corp. misunderstands what exclusive dealing means under the antitrust laws, and concedes that the crux of its exclusivity allegations is that no other AI chatbot is integrated on iPhone and many have been denied, despite there being no actual exclusivity agreement, Apple said in its brief filed to the Northern District of Texas. "Plaintiffs identify no court that has ever accepted this theory of exclusive dealing.
