NetChoice, Chamber of Progress back Google in US Supreme Court fight against injunction

( November 4, 2025, 19:15 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: NetChoice and the Chamber of Progress told the US Supreme Court that allowing an injunction against Google to stand would lead to widespread judicial interference not only in the app store market, but also in other markets. The entities filed a brief in support of overturning an injunction entered in Epic Games' antitrust case against Google. They argued that the lower court's decision goes against precedent by forcing one competitor in the app store marketplace to affirmatively distribute rival app stores and to give those rivals access to its entire library, restricting its ability to engage in content moderation, and exposing app developers and consumers to “a Wild West of untested and unmoderated app stores.”See attached brief....
