UK antitrust court consults on changes to 'conflicts rule' on judge selection

( November 3, 2025, 17:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Possible changes to the UK antitrust court's "conflicts rule" on how it selects judges are being put out for consultation. The rule specifies that Competition Appeal Tribunal judges don't engage in activities concerning competition or advise on cases concerning sectoral regulation that could come before the court. The CAT said the aim of the consultation, which end on Nov. 28, is to "inform the future recruitment of members or deployment of judges to the CAT."Document attached....
