Czech Republic calls to simplify General Block Exemption Regulation

( November 3, 2025, 14:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The EU General Block Exemption Regulation, which defines conditions for state aid to be exempted from EU-level approval, must be simplified, the Czech Republic said in a note circulated in October and disclosed on Monday. "Many of the GBER provisions are unclear, difficult to apply and create excessive administrative burden," the document says.
