Epic, Google spar over US Play Store injunction-compliance process

( October 30, 2025, 16:40 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Google and Epic Games asked a California federal judge for guidance on ex parte communications with members of a technical committee tasked with overseeing Google's compliance with an injunction to remedy antitrust violations over mobile device app distribution. A joint statement filed in the US Northern District of California also flagged a dispute between the parties concerning Google's intent to "adopt certain requirements for user trust and safety and certain service fees."See attached document....
