Plaintiffs challenging Amazon policies want earlier US trial date

"Plaintiffs respectfully move to modify the Court’s October 9, 2025 Order Re: Trial Date [ECF Dkt. No. 445] to require the Parties to meet and confer on interim deadlines that would permit Plaintiffs and Amazon to adopt one of the trial dates currently set in the related actions — Zulily (January 11, 2027) and FTC (February 9, 2027)— should the Court defer trial in one or more of those actions," the plaintiffs wrote.
