Plaintiffs challenging Amazon policies want earlier US trial date

( October 16, 2025, 16:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Private plaintiffs challenging Amazon's most-favored-nation policies have asked a US judge to modify his previous order setting a June 2027 trial for the US antitrust litigation. "Plaintiffs respectfully move to modify the Court’s October 9, 2025 Order Re: Trial Date [ECF Dkt. No. 445] to require the Parties to meet and confer on interim deadlines that would permit Plaintiffs and Amazon to adopt one of the trial dates currently set in the related actions — Zulily (January 11, 2027) and FTC (February 9, 2027)— should the Court defer trial in one or more of those actions," the plaintiffs wrote. See attached file....
