The High Court ruling on Wednesday comes more than five years after Juul first gained an interim injunction against the offending companies, none of which had responded to communications or court orders.Juul has persuaded a UK judge to grant a permanent injunction against Greensun Technology, Ouch, Gaish and Airsmo Tech, companies based in Hong Kong and China accused of infringing the vape producer's trademarks, designs and patents....
