Aekyung Industrial, SK Chemicals and CEOs referred to prosecutors over delayed compliance

The Korea Fair Trade Commission said the companies delayed publishing the public disclosure acknowledging sanctions imposed for false advertising, despite a Supreme Court ruling in 2023 that upheld the corrective order. Aekyung Industrial delayed the disclosure by about 14 months, while SK Chemicals did so by seven months.
