Australian dash-cam supplier Connected Audio Visual admits to price fixing

In a statement on Wednesday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said the company engaged in the conduct by communicating that it would “not supply retailers who did not agree to terms requiring them to sell products at specified prices.” The statement said that in April 2025, Connected Audio Visual sent emails to 258 retailers proposing “changes” to certain clauses in the distribution agreements.The full statement follows; the undertaking is attached:...
