TikTok, Meta question EU findings of DSA breaches over researchers, user appeals

The regulator said the companies are restricting researcher access to platform data and, in Meta’s case, failing to provide effective systems for reporting illegal content and appealing content moderation decisions. Both companies disputed the findings, saying they have already made changes and that the conclusions misrepresent their compliance.
