Australian crane-hire companies seek labor-union documents in cartel lawsuit

In a Federal Court of Australia hearing on Thursday, lawyer Michelle Painter, acting for one of the four companies, said the accused businesses wanted access to documents obtained by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission about actions of the union, to better understand the allegations.
