Vermont Democratic Senator Peter Welch held up his attempts to limit so-called "patent thickets" as a potential solution.An overwhelming bipartisan majority of Americans wants Congress to act to reduce prescription drug prices, and a majority see efforts to bring generic medications to the market sooner via patent reform as a viable path, according to a new survey....
