South Korea $1.4bn AI compute project set to make progress with Samsung SDS bidding

The Ministry of Science and ICT said it would review the application and after further evaluation, decide whether to award the consortium the project by the end of 2025. The 2 trillion won ($1.4 billion) project would form the core of South Korea’s effort to expand its artificial intelligence capacity.
