Big Tech outspent all other sectors, with AI issues being the most lobbied topic in the first half of 2025, the groups said. In addition to an increase in tech lobbying in Brussels, "Big Tech held an average of three lobbying meetings a day,” their analysis of the EU's Transparency Register shows.
