US states challenging HPE-Juniper deal request hold separate order

( October 17, 2025, 22:06 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: US states challenging Hewlett Packard Enterprise's acquisition of Juniper Networks have asked US District Judge P. Casey Pitts to issue "a hold separate order to prevent further integration of Defendants HPE and Juniper." They also asked for relief from the partial litigation stay that Pitts previously approved due to the federal shutdown. "A fair possibility that the stay will work damage to the public is established when a state attorney general brings an enforcement action to protect an important governmental interest," they said.See attached files....
