They need to understand the whole AI supply chain and be able to understand where any automated decisions are being made, the official said.Organizations need to understand whether their technical and organizational measures are “fit for purpose” in the face of agentic AI, said an official from the Information Commissioner's Office. Existing data protection law covers aspects of automated decision making, but companies and regulators will need to understand more of the details of what’s happening in systems....
