The US Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation said the plaintiffs’ claims over enforcement of a minimum advertised price involve common questions of fact. “Ten defendants are named in all actions and are alleged to have conspired with one another and with the software companies; consequently, discovery will overlap extensively. ...
