OpenAI challenges discovery order withholding internal New York Times AI chats
( October 14, 2025, 15:48 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: OpenAI is opposing a September discovery order denying it access to chat logs from the New York Times' ChatExplorer, an internal chatbot built on OpenAI's application programming interface.
