Homeservices of America must face antitrust claims over commissions, plaintiffs argue

( October 14, 2025, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Plaintiffs bringing US antitrust claims against Homeservices of America opposed a motion to dismiss, saying their third amended complaint sets forth specific facts describing its price-fixing conspiracy to artificially inflate buyer-agent commissions through the issuance and implementation of certain rules issued by the National Association of Realtors. They also said Homeservices can’t argue that they failed to allege a conspiracy considering that a jury already found at trial that the conspiracy did exist and that HomeServices participated in it.See attached file. ...
