Rabobank says 'arbitrage' chats were wrongly included in EU bonds-cartel finding

By Lewis Crofts ( October 15, 2025, 12:07 GMT | Insight) -- Rabobank asked EU judges to cut back a €26.6 million fine over collusion with Deutsche Bank, saying a third of the 134 chats between traders related to weeding out unwanted "arbitrage" and so served a different purpose than a "single and continuous" cartel.
