Chinese firms say US Commerce used incorrect data in brake drums order

They said the agency relied on a World Bank report with incorrect data that inflated several valuations in the investigation process. The complaint also alleges Commerce erred because it classified scrap cast iron as a byproduct instead of a direct material in the investigation.Complaint attached....
