Amazon files reply for resetting trial date in private US antitrust case

( October 8, 2025, 23:13 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Amazon filed a reply in support of its motion to reset the trial date for private US antitrust litigation challenging the company's pricing policies, telling a US judge that plaintiffs' opposition to the motion does not claim they will be prejudiced if their case is tried after the California attorney general's case goes to trial. "It is Amazon — and the California Attorney General — who will be prejudiced in their trial presentations if Amazon is required to defend itself in two trials involving overlapping subject matter and witnesses at the same time," Amazon said in its brief filed to the Western District of Washington.See attached file....
