X and Eliza Labs had originally been in contact, ostensibly to collaborate to build AI agents, or "chatbots." But then X Corp. began to demand many hundreds of thousands of dollars per year from the plaintiffs to access its enterprise API systems, and to continue its pre-existing operations on X, the filing to the Northern District of California said. X has now forced developers to accept Enterprise API licenses by threatening de-platforming, excluding small competitors from the market for AI agents on X, whereas Twitter's API was previously free, the amended complaint said.See attached document....
