But the bill still faces challenges to pass the full committee, let alone be signed into law.The Patent Eligibility Restoration Act, or PERA, is set for its first hearing of 2025 on Oct. 8, marking the beginning of a second major push toward its passage. But despite having bipartisan backing from the leaders of the Senate Judiciary Intellectual Property subcommittee, the bill faces a long road to being signed into law....
