Mexican producer says US Commerce erred in steel pipe order by cost smoothing
( October 3, 2025, 23:04 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: Mexican producer Productos Laminados de Monterrey S.A. de C.V. said in a complaint filed at the US Court of International Trade that the Commerce Department erred in a July administrative review of an antidumping order on heavy walled rectangular carbon welded steel pipes and tubes from Mexico. The company said Commerce should not have smoothed, or equalized, its direct material costs in the analysis because its accounting information for product costs were accurate.See attached file....
