NASCAR seeks summary judgment on racing teams' US antitrust claims

( October 3, 2025, 23:30 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing has moved for summary judgment on 23XI and Front Row Motorsport's US antitrust claims, arguing the Sherman Act claims are indisputably time-barred, that the plaintiffs signed a release with NASCAR that covers their claims, that the racing teams lack standing as they suffered no harm, and that they fail to provide any essential evidence to satisfy the rule of reason. That last point "is fatal at summary judgment," NASCAR said in its motion filed in the Western District of North Carolina.See attached file....
