Backed by €1 billion, the plan includes initiatives for healthcare, defense, manufacturing and mobility, with a governance mechanism and observatory to monitor progress.The European Commission will present a strategic document outlining its plan to boost technological uptake in key sectors and reduce dependence on foreign technology providers, according to a draft seen by MLex....
