Indonesia hails WTO ruling favoring its stainless steel exports to EU

In its final report on the case DS616: European Union – Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties on Stainless Steel Cold-Rolled Flat Products from Indonesia, released Oct. 2, the panel found most of the EU’s countervailing measures breached WTO rules, particularly the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures.
