Meta ordered to make changes to feeds by Dutch court

The decision by a Dutch court on Thursday was motivated by a lawsuit by campaign group Bits of Freedom brought under the EU’s Digital Services Act. The judge found Meta’s reset of user preferences amounted to a “dark pattern” and gave the company two weeks to comply or face fines of up to €5 million.Statement follows.
