Syngenta, Corteva oppose stay in US FTC's antitrust case over pesticides

Such a one-sided stay would permit the plaintiffs' experts additional time to prepare their reply reports and unfairly prejudice the defendants, the companies said in their filing to the Middle District of North Carolina.See attached file....
