Make the project-selection process clearer and fairer, EU energy watchdog urges

( October 2, 2025, 09:12 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The EU's energy regulator ACER has called for a more transparent process in selecting key cross-border energy infrastructure projects. In its review of the 2025 draft lists of Projects of Common Interest and Projects of Mutual Interest, ACER highlighted delays in crucial data, unclear benefit rankings, and weak justification for some projects.
