OpenAI moves to dismiss X Corp.'s US antitrust claims over Apple agreement

In a motion filed to the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, OpenAI said X Corp. asserts that Apple and OpenAI entered into an exclusive agreement in violation of the antitrust laws, but cannot plead so because materials in their complaint contradict that claim. The pleadings make clear that iPhone users can freely access all of ChatGPT's competitors, and that X Corp. has no standing as it has not alleged any non-speculative harm arising out of ChatGPT's integration for certain features on certain iPhones, the filing said.See attached document: ...
