NSW Ports seeks to shut down Mayfield's antitrust case in Australia's top court
By Saloni Sinha ( October 1, 2025, 06:36 GMT | Insight) -- In a long-running antitrust fight, New South Wales Ports has launched a cross-appeal in Australia’s top court in response to Mayfield Development’s appeal seeking review of an earlier finding that three port operators in the state of New South Wales enjoyed “derivative” immunity from antitrust laws because of their links to the state government.
