Claims on block exemption order for VSAs is misleading, Malaysian antitrust regulator says

However, the antitrust regulator denies allegations that a block exemption for a vessel sharing agreement has enabled West Malaysian shipping lines and operators to collude, fix prices or monopolize domestic shipping between Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia. The commission's CEO, Iskandar Ismail, warned that action will be taken if there is evidence of collusion or abuse of dominance in the market.
