Laudamotion loses appeal to rejected Lufthansa complaint at EU court

In 2018, the company filed an antitrust complaint, asking for an investigation. In a judgment delivered on Wednesday, the EU's General Court fully dismissed Laudamotion’s appeal, saying the commission had made no mistake when it found that the existence of an alleged agreement was not the only plausible explanation for Lufthansa’s conduct with regard to Vienna airport.The judgment is attached.
