Most content-moderation decisions were overturned by EU appeals body, report finds

ACE warned that platforms’ inconsistent cooperation, as well as weak efforts to inform users about their rights, are denying EU citizens meaningful access to out-of-court dispute settlement under the Digital Services Act.The report is attached.
