Banks win judgment against US Libor manipulation suit

District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald found that plaintiffs failed to proffer a reliable estimate of what the benchmark would have been but for the alleged conduct during the relevant period and therefore cannot establish that they suffered an injury as a result.
