US companies in EU see improved outlook after trade deal, survey finds

( September 26, 2025, 10:20 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: US companies operating in the EU say the recent trade and investment deal known as the EU-US Framework Agreement has eased fears of worsening trans-Atlantic ties, with the share expecting deterioration falling to 46 percent from 89 percent in January, a survey by the American Chamber of Commerce to the EU found. While a third now foresee stability and one in five expect improvement, majorities still anticipate EU and US policies will negatively affect their European operations.
