Instagram's teen features failing to protect children, campaigners report

Using test accounts to rate the features, researchers found just one in five fully functional, while two-thirds were ineffective or no longer available. The coalition behind the report, including former Meta whistleblower Arturo Béjar, the UK’s Molly Rose Foundation and US research center Cybersecurity for Democracy, also urged the UK government and Ofcom to bolster the Online Safety Act.Statement follows.
