Biosense appeals injunction, jury verdict in US antitrust case

Innovative claimed Biosense engaged in unlawful tying and monopolization through its case coverage policy, which prohibits its clinical account specialists from supporting CARTO 3 mapping procedures using another manufacturer’s catheters. In a notice of appeal, Biosense said it was also appealing all orders leading to or producing the final judgment, including the jury's verdict in favor of Innovative.
