Google, Flo spell out $56m settlements in women's health app privacy case

Under the proposed settlement, pending approval by a federal judge in San Francisco, Google and Flo would deny any wrongdoing or sharing of personal or health data. Meta Platforms, having already received a jury verdict finding it violated California's wiretapping law, awaits a remedy hearing to finalize statutory damages, claims procedures and injunctive relief.
