( September 23, 2025, 19:14 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Flatirons Bank filed a US antitrust complaint on Eastern Point Trust Company, accusing EPTC of launching an aggressive, unlawful campaign to stifle its qualified settlement fund business and steal its market share. "EPTC has targeted Flatirons’ business partners and clients and demanded that they cease doing business with Flatirons or else face frivolous litigation," the complaint filed to the US District Court for the District of Wyoming said. EPTC brought failed intellectual property litigation against Flatiron over its proprietary QSF platform, yet EPTC and its affiliate entities Account Management Services and Quantum Fintech also threatened litigation against companies that may have continued to do business with Flatirons, the filing said.See document here: ...
