Judge Liu Guixiang of the Supreme People's Court warned that while AI improves efficiency, it also raises risks such as bias, lack of transparency and privacy leaks, stressing that final decisions must rest with humans.The Chinese judiciary has been adopting digital tech tonologies, most recently artificial intelligence, to improve efficiency in handling lawsuits that are rising quickly.
