Real-estate company, franchisees engaged in cartel conduct, New Zealand regulator says

In a statement on Tuesday, the New Zealand Commerce Commission said franchisees in Christchurch, a city on the country’s South Island, that competed with each other for customers allegedly entered into agreements that affected the prices charged, including commission rates.
