Syngenta, Corteva oppose motion to compel in US crop chemical antitrust case

( September 12, 2025, 12:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Syngenta Crop Protection AG and Corteva opposed plaintiffs' motion to compel their disclosure of expert reports and cost of goods sold data from Syngenta submitted to the US Federal Trade Commission and state plaintiffs in a case related to their antitrust claims over crop chemicals. Reports in the government action are not relevant or proportional to the needs of the case, and the plaintiffs' request "is nothing more than an effort by MDL Plaintiffs to gain eight months' worth of unfair advantage," said the opposition to the motion to compel, filed to the Middle District of North Carolina.See attached document....
